Gent Conventional Fire Detection

Gent Conventional Equipment

Xenex Panel

The Xenex range of conventional fire detection and alarm panels is a highly cost effective option for small building premises requiring coverage for up to eight zones. Certified to EN54 Parts 2 & 4, the Xenex panel contains integral power supply and battery standby for up to 72hrs.

With up to eight alarm sounder circuits, repeat panel output, remote evacuation control and one-man test and commissioning Xenex is a leader in conventional panel technology.

Manual Call Points (MCPs)

Manual call points from Gent by Honeywell are easy and safe to operate, with no hammer required. Fully compliant with EN 54-11, each point is manufactured from ABS and both have a break glass and resettable element. For areas susceptible to inadvertent operation – such as sports halls – a stronger, clear polycarbonate cover version is available.

Gent replaced their 7800 range with the ES Detect Range in order to comply with all the latest standards.

The ES Detect automatic detector is an non-addressable detector specifically designed for operation on conventional systems. The range not only includes intelligent algorithms for fire detection but also a wide range of different types of detectors.

Fixed heat detector

Automatic heat detector with fast semiconductor sensor to guarantee reliable detection of fires with strong heat generation.

Fixed heat detector class B

For increased operating temperature according to EN 54-5 class B. Rate-of-rise heat detector: Automatic heat detector with fast semiconductor sensor to guarantee reliable detection of fires with rapidly rising temperatures and integrated fixed temperature function for the detection of fires with slowly rising temperatures.

Optical smoke detector

Optical smoke detector to guarantee safe and early detection of fire.
